ABOUT & FAQ’s

We’re based in Taupo and provide industry leading hard and softscaping services. Cambie Landscapes in a family owned and operated business with Brad leading things onsite and Taryn supporting with the office work.

Brad has been working in the landscaping and hardscaping sector for 20 years gaining a wealth of knowledge and experience. Brad’s experience ranges across various projects including paving, decking, fencing/retaining through to softscaping and garden maintenance.

He has studied and gained a National Certificate Horticulture (Advanced) Landscape Level 4 and a National Certificate Horticulture (Advanced) Amenity Horticulture Level 4.

Brad has worked on several aware winning Ellerslie Flower Show gardens and helped out in the local communities by working on numerous Muckin’ In TV shows. Recently he has been working in the housing company market creating a finished landscape product to match people’s brand new homes.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ROLL-OUT AND HYDROSEED LAWN?
Roll-out lawn is an excellent option if you’re looking for a premium lush lawn that you can enjoy immediately (it’s pre-grown to a high standard and ready to roll). Hydroseed is a “spray” process that utilises a combination of seed, mulch, & fertiliser. It’s not instant like roll-out, however it’s cost-effective in particular for larger areas as we can spray very efficiently.
DO YOU ACCEPT ONE OFF JOBS?
Yes, more often than not we are happy to accept one-off jobs. However, this can be dependant on our workflow so just contact us at any time to find out and discuss further.
HOW DO I GET BEST RESULTS WITH MY LAWN?
Lawn care isn’t as hard as many people think but it requires some TLC, in particular during the germination process. Check out our Lawn Care Guide and/or speak to us today.
 LAWN CARE
